Commercial Bank “Black Sea Development Bank” Limited (CB «BSDBank» Ltd.) is one of the leading private commercial banks in Abkhazia. Established in 1994 to develop the banking system of the Republic of Abkhazia, today it is a universal commercial Bank for corporate clients and individuals with a stable diversified business structure and high-quality capital management. CB «BSDBank» Ltd. performs banking operations with funds in rubles of the Russian Federation and foreign currency according to the General license No. 011 dated March 18, 2010 issued by the National Bank of the Republic of Abkhazia. We cooperate with both the leading credit organizations of the Republic of Abkhazia and the largest credit organizations of the Russian Federation, where CB CB «BSDBank» Ltd. has correspondent accounts. At the end of 2012, the national payment system “APRA” (Abkhazian payment and settlement Association) was put into operation in the Republic of Abkhazia. We were one of the first banks in Abkhazia to become members of this payment Association. A lot of work has been done to set up interaction and automation of banking software systems with the Processing Center of the National Bank for the implementation of the issue and maintenance of APRA cards, and in April 2013 we issued the first bank card in the Republic of Abkhazia. Skillful use of new technologies, constant improvement of customer service quality and flexible management in volatile economic conditions have earned the Bank a well-deserved reputation as one of the most reliable banks in the Republic of Abkhazia.
